The Boardwalk is Healthpeak's flagship campus in the core life science market of San Diego. Totaling 195,000 square feet, the campus combines three adjacent Healthpeak holdings activating two land sites through 105,000 square feet of ground-up development. It flanks both sides of an 85,000 square foot property that was redeveloped in 2020. The Boardwalk is a LEED-certified Class A cohesive campus with a first-class amenity package that includes a full-service restaurant, indoor/outdoor meeting areas, View Smart Windows, and a fitness space that takes advantage of the San Diego climate.
