REVOLV: Are we blind to what truly impacts our sleep?

When most of us think about the value of a good night’s sleep, we think in terms of how we feel – refreshed, energized and well-rested. But the reality is, the cumulative value of a good night’s sleep can be much greater than we imagined.

The REVOLV study, conducted by the Light and Health Research Center at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, found that more access to daylight at home improves circadian alignment, sleep and mental health in adults.
