The Interlock was recently recognized by Commercial Property Executive (CPE) with a silver award in the Unbuilt category for its exceptional mixed-use site plan design and commitment to sustainability, earning S.J. Collins Enterprises a prestigious 2019 Distinguished Achievement Award. CPE’s Distinguished Achievement Awards recognize commercial real estate industry’s most noteworthy properties and transactions.
