In addition to the terms of our Privacy Policy, View wants Individuals with whom it interacts that are located in the State of California to understand the following additional privacy and data protection measures which may be applicable. These “California Privacy Terms” apply to the processing by View of Personal Data (i.e., personal information) related to identified or identifiable individuals and households located in the State of California.

We include this additional information to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), including the amendments made by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA and CPRA have the same meaning when used in this section. These California Privacy Terms do not apply to Personal Data that is exempt from the CCPA and CPRA.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of California Personal Data:

In the preceding twelve (12) months, View collected all of the Personal Data in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy about California residents. During the 12 months leading up to the effective date of this Privacy Policy, to our knowledge, we do not collect and do not “sell” the Personal Data of individuals.

CCPA Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Data:

CCPA Right to Access or Delete Personal Data:

If you are a California resident, California law may also permit you to request that we:

  • Provide you with a list of the categories of Personal Data that View has collected or disclosed about you in the last twelve months; the categories of the sources of the Personal Data; the business or commercial purpose for collection, selling, or sharing the Personal Data; and the categories of the third parties with whom we share that Personal Data.
  • Provide access to and/or a copy of Personal Data that we hold about you.
  • Delete certain Personal Data that we hold about you unless View is legally required to retain it.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, or complete incomplete data.

  • We will need to verify your identity and the authenticity of any requests.
  • We will respond to properly submitted and verified requests for disclosure, access and deletion within 30 days, but it may take additional time in some cases.
  • You will receive a confirmation by email of either the completion of your request or a return response with your requested data. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not be able to process access or deletion requests.

Requests Made by Agents:

If you unable or unwilling to make a request directly, you may legally designate an agent by providing a notarized authorization, power of attorney, or other legally binding designation of assignment of rights. Please provide proof of this agency along with your request and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
